Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of placing order. Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

All packages marked as delivered by USPS, UPS or Fedex are the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the tracked package has been marked as delivered. 

All online orders placed for in-store pickup after 6:30 PM Monday–Saturday or after 2:00 PM on Sunday will be fulfilled the following business day.
