Damages and issues

Your inquiry will be reviewed and a determination made within 2-3 business days.

Refunds
If your return is approved, you will a receive a confirmation email (to include with your return). We must receive your return within 10 business days of the confirmation email. Once your return is processed, you will receive an electronic Biva Beauty Boutique gift card for the item(s) purchased only.
